Remote eDiscovery Processing Specialist

Process eDiscovery data using Nuix and Relativity One, prepare review deliverables, and perform quality checks. Coordinate time-sensitive client requests and keep processing work moving across team handoffs.

Descriere

  • Process client data to technical specifications, documented procedures, and industry standards.
  • Run data processing workflows in Nuix, Relativity One, and other commercial or proprietary tools.
  • Handle inventory, discovery, automated processing, publishing, exception remediation, document promotion, quality control, data investigation, and basic hosting.
  • Prepare and format load files, text and native files, and other review deliverables.
  • Learn and use Lighthouse proprietary tools in line with standard operating procedures.
  • Assist with Relativity post-processing loads, quality control, and indexing or analytics.
  • Run ad hoc data queries for reporting and analysis.
  • Manage queued and assigned job requests independently and promptly.
  • Stage and validate data from original evidence media.
  • Share job status updates and escalate issues to project stakeholders.
  • Provide detailed handoff instructions during shift and job transitions.
  • Troubleshoot issues and prioritize work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Use Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 for documentation, communication, reporting, and daily tasks.
  • Meet or exceed departmental quality targets.
  • Work with local and remote colleagues to complete tasks accurately and promptly.
  • Record completed work, outstanding items, exceptions, and next steps.
  • Manage timelines for project requests.
  • Carry out other assigned duties.

Cerințe

  • Meet a combination of at least two of the following: education, experience, and/or certifications.
  • An associate or bachelor's degree, or equivalent, is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of litigation support and eDiscovery software; Nuix and Relativity are preferred.
  • 1–2 years of data processing experience in an eDiscovery environment or similar technical work.
  • Demonstrated interest in process improvement, collaboration, and innovation on a cross-functional team.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to solve problems and prioritize work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience working with databases.
  • Commitment to excellence, urgency, client satisfaction, and customer service.
  • Ability to use a computer, communicate by telephone, and read printed materials.
  • May need to be on call periodically and work outside standard hours, including evenings and weekends.
