Senior Software Architect, Healthcare Fintech
Shape the architecture of Wellfit’s healthcare fintech platform for membership plans, eligibility, billing, and payments. Lead scalable system design, engineering teams, and AI-augmented development.
Descriere
- Design and evolve Wellfit’s Plans platform, spanning configuration, eligibility, enrollment, provider administration, billing, payments, and reporting.
- Create scalable, maintainable solutions for both legacy and modern systems.
- Steer the platform toward a modular, service-oriented architecture that incorporates AI.
- Turn complex business rules and healthcare finance workflows into workable technical designs.
- Streamline and modernize services, workflows, and configuration logic.
- Lead and mentor engineers working across the Plans ecosystem.
- Shape architecture across frontend, backend, APIs, data, and integrations.
- Set engineering standards that support maintainability, reliability, and high-quality delivery.
- Work with Product, Engineering, Platform, Operations, and business stakeholders.
- Explain architecture decisions clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Connect product strategy with engineering delivery and platform scalability.
- Apply AI development tools and workflows to speed delivery and improve productivity.
- Help teams use AI for design, development, testing, documentation, and problem-solving.
Cerințe
- At least 8 years of software engineering experience.
- At least 3 years in architecture, principal engineering, or senior system design roles.
- Strong experience with C# and .NET.
- Experience with Azure cloud environments.
- Experience designing APIs, service architectures, distributed systems, and integration patterns.
- Familiarity with SQL and enterprise data architectures.
- Experience across legacy and modern systems.
- Ability to understand and guide frontend architecture, ideally using Angular or a similar modern framework.
- Experience with complex business rules, configurable systems, eligibility or enrollment logic, billing workflows, or workflow-heavy applications.
- Strong communication skills with technical, product, and business stakeholders.
- Experience in healthcare technology, fintech, dental technology, insurance, payments, lending, or regulated platforms.
- Experience with provider-facing applications, membership plan platforms, discount programs, treatment planning, plan configuration, eligibility or enrollment workflows, or payor-aligned rules.
- Experience with microservices, containerization, and distributed cloud architectures.
- Experience integrating external vendors or third-party systems.
- Familiarity with AI-augmented development workflows.
