Descriere

  • Investigate complex cases and identify patterns linked to fraudulent or suspicious activity.
  • Assess the impact of emerging fraud trends and recommend mitigation and prevention measures.
  • Maintain thorough, confidential records of investigations.
  • Train and mentor new agents while developing tailored upskilling plans.
  • Develop clear, role-appropriate training materials.
  • Analyze fraud patterns, build models, and refine existing models as fraud vectors evolve.
  • Design practical measures to reduce and prevent fraudulent activity.
  • Partner with stakeholders to report trends and system gaps, then support enhancements and preventive controls.
  • Complete other management-assigned duties within the role and contribute to the effective operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of TDCX’s Quality Management System.

Cerințe

  • Diploma or higher qualification in any discipline, including an Advanced or Higher Diploma, Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s, Postgraduate, Professional, or Master’s degree.
  • Around two years of relevant experience is preferred, though fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and analytical abilities, with the capacity to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
  • Demonstrated investigative, internet research, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, continually changing work environment.
  • Available to work flexible schedules and shifts when required.
  • Excellent spoken and written English, plus proficiency in the language used by the supporting market.
