Fleet Client Services Specialist II - New Jersey Remote

Descriere

  • Manage follow-up maintenance transactions from initiation through transfer of the customer unit to the repair technician
  • Record every customer interaction accurately and promptly in Cox Fleet systems
  • Deliver responsive service to internal and external customers by phone
  • Build professional, productive relationships with customers
  • Secure customer authorization for repairs and related services
  • Contact customers proactively to arrange recurring preventive maintenance and encourage repeat business
  • Coordinate with Field Operations to assign suitable technicians to customer accounts
  • Promote advance scheduling of repairs and maintenance to maintain a steady workflow
  • Help strengthen and refine the company’s dispatch and service-scheduling capabilities
  • Handle other assigned responsibilities and special projects

Cerințe

  • High school diploma/GED plus three years of related experience; alternatively, a related degree or certification beyond high school/GED with up to one year of experience, or five years of related experience
  • Strong spoken and written communication abilities
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated success working across functions, developing positive relationships, and serving as a trusted partner to cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Proficiency with Excel and data entry
  • Ability to learn platforms such as Cox Fleet IT Systems, Web Wrench, MobileFrame, and RO Writer
  • General familiarity with the trucking industry
  • Fleet maintenance or other automotive/trucking experience is helpful
  • Ability to work independently and contribute effectively as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving ability
  • Highly organized with reliable follow-through
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test
  • Current authorization to work in the United States for any employer without present or future sponsorship
  • No current or future OPT, CPT, STEM/OPT, or visa sponsorship
