Descriere

  • Lead the sales team in applying sales methods and best practices, and ensure CRM is used effectively.
  • Coach account executives on prospecting, winning new clients, key account management, and account maintenance.
  • Review sales activity, lead follow-up, prospecting, and individual account executive performance.
  • Support team members through personal challenges, competitive outcomes, and professional development.
  • Evaluate skills and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to help meet objectives and reinforce sales methods.
  • Identify team support and territory growth needs, and take part in recruiting and interviews.
  • Help the sales team manage key relationships with principals, customers, and channel partners.
  • Establish processes that keep sales leadership informed about activity and progress.
  • Serve as an escalation contact for customers and channel partners.
  • Evaluate customer information, identify issues, develop relevant solutions, and present them effectively.
  • Develop the assigned territory and ensure the team meets or exceeds quota.

Cerințe

  • A results-focused record of exceeding goals while leading teams selling large deals in a fast-growing startup.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with executive customers, direct reports, and Cyera leadership, using phone and computer channels.
  • Working knowledge of cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, cloud security, and data risk.
  • Cloud security, data, or AI sales experience is strongly preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of data security and compliance frameworks and their impact on business value.
  • Ability to teach opportunity identification using foundational consultative selling methods.
  • Self-directed and motivated, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and responsibilities within deadlines.
  • Experience with CRM and opportunity management systems.
  • Familiarity with sales support field concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Ability to lead a team and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, changing environment, with the ability to adapt quickly.
