Descriere

  • Assist customers with post-purchase questions by email, chat, and phone.
  • Investigate delivery delays, missing or damaged products, and exchange requests.
  • Complete back-office work that supports smooth daily operations.
  • Use three to five internal and external tools to handle customer cases.
  • Respond to customers through social media in selected markets.
  • Work primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts.
  • Cover rotating shifts between 09:00 and 21:00; overnight shifts are not required.

Cerințe

  • Native or fluent Dutch.
  • English proficiency at C1 level.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Comfort using computers and MS Office.
  • Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Customer service experience is helpful but not essential.
  • Authorization to work in the EU.
