Provide post-purchase support in Dutch for a leading jewellery brand while working remotely from Greece. Resolve order and delivery issues through email, chat, phone, and social media.
Apraksts
- Assist customers with post-purchase questions by email, chat, and phone.
- Investigate delivery delays, missing or damaged products, and exchange requests.
- Complete back-office work that supports smooth daily operations.
- Use three to five internal and external tools to handle customer cases.
- Respond to customers through social media in selected markets.
- Work primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts.
- Cover rotating shifts between 09:00 and 21:00; overnight shifts are not required.
Prasības
- Native or fluent Dutch.
- English proficiency at C1 level.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Comfort using computers and MS Office.
- Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Customer service experience is helpful but not essential.
- Authorization to work in the EU.
