Descriere

  • Oversee delivery of strategic and regulatory technology initiatives across Aetna Commercial and Distinct Client Segments Delivery.
  • Drive execution, measurable outcomes, financial discipline, and collaboration across teams.
  • Combine strategic portfolio oversight with direct program leadership.
  • Work with Engineering, Product, Architecture, Finance, and business leaders to prioritize work and direct investments.
  • Coach and develop Program Managers, Project Managers, and Scrum Masters.
  • Build alignment between technology leaders and business stakeholders.
  • Launch programs and strengthen them as they grow.
  • Set consistent governance and reporting practices.
  • Oversee portfolio capital and operating budgets, including forecasts, variance tracking, capacity planning, and investment trade-offs.
  • Promote reliable results, measurement, and ongoing improvement.

Cerințe

  • At least 10 years in program and portfolio management, including complex, large-scale technology and business transformations at large, matrixed organizations.
  • At least 5 years managing large enterprise portfolios with annual budgets above $25 million.
  • At least 5 years in formal people leadership, including hiring, performance management, and developing project, program, and portfolio professionals.
  • Experience launching programs and establishing their operating cadence, governance, and delivery practices from the ground up.
  • Experience owning portfolio budgets, forecasts, variance management, capital and operating expenses, and investment trade-off decisions.
  • Ability to establish governance that meets enterprise standards.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Rally, Clarity, and other portfolio planning and financial management platforms.
  • Strong executive communication skills and ability to influence VP and SVP leaders.
  • Experience working in large, highly matrixed enterprises.
  • Current Agile, program or project management, or equivalent professional certification, such as SAFe, RTE, SPC, CSM, or PMP.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business management, information technology, or a related field.
  • Equivalent education, specialized training, certifications, and relevant professional experience may be considered.
