Descriere

  • Deliver high-quality customer support through all relevant communication channels
  • Assess customer needs and investigate existing issues to develop appropriate solutions
  • Resolve customer confusion and aim for resolution during the first contact
  • Coordinate with service partners and internal teams to close cases in line with service standards
  • Share constructive feedback on tools, resources, procedures, and guidelines to improve workflows and customer experiences
  • Provide services according to established procedures to support customer satisfaction
  • Develop lasting customer relationships and take initiative to exceed expectations
  • Complete other duties assigned by management within the employment category while supporting the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of TDCX's Quality Management System

Cerințe

  • Hold a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or Master's Degree in any field
  • Related work experience of around two years is preferred, though fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Demonstrate strong time management and the drive to exceed expectations
  • Manage multiple tasks and use customer-provided information to tailor responses and actions to individual needs
  • Communicate effectively by listening actively, empathizing with customers, and maintaining appropriate phone etiquette, including pace, tone, voice quality, grammar, and articulation
  • Work comfortably with computers and multiple systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools
  • Communicate fluently in English and the language of the supported market, both verbally and in writing
