Customer Service Agent – Centrient Pharmaceuticals

Manage pharmaceutical orders from intake through delivery at Centrient Pharmaceuticals. Coordinate with customers and internal teams to support timely fulfillment and resolve order issues.

Descriere

  • Manage assigned customer accounts through every order stage, from pro forma invoice and confirmation to booking, cleaning, dispatch, and documentation.
  • Provide responsive customer support by phone, email, in-person meetings, and check-ins.
  • Meet customer segmentation KPIs.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Planning, Warehouse, International Logistics, export, and import teams to support on-time delivery.
  • Track orders and progress open and in-transit deliveries, updating schedules and managing escalations.
  • Work with sales and franchise managers on demand allocation, deviations, and resolutions.
  • Assign batches to meet customer requirements and share relevant CMS documentation.
  • Plan domestic, export, and intercompany shipments, considering rolling months and lead times.
  • Manage order-related documents.
  • Communicate proactively with customers, Sales, and relevant internal teams.
  • Resolve price and quantity complaints.
  • Coordinate returns with Logistics.
  • Maintain customer master data records.
  • Serve as the customer matters point of contact, liaising with Sales, Supply Planning, and Logistics.
  • Report to the Regional Customer Service Agent Team Lead.

Cerințe

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least three years of sales and/or call center experience in a B2B environment.
  • Experience coordinating with an internal distribution department to ensure product delivery is an advantage.
  • Experience working with customers or internal departments located internationally is an advantage.
  • Fluent English at approximately B2 level.
  • Fluency in the language or languages needed to work in the region.
  • Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear expression.
  • Ability to solve problems, ease conflicts, and escalate issues tactfully.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time, and prioritize work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP ERP.
  • Knowledge of a data mining tool such as Celonis is preferred.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools such as SAP C4C is preferred.
