Client Service Executive - Cigna Global Health Benefits (Remote, U.S.)

Descriere

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts within the CGHB National Account Segment
  • Work with Sales to develop lasting client relationships and strengthen Cigna’s position in the global market
  • Lead end-to-end service delivery while resolving client and customer needs efficiently and cost-effectively
  • Create case-specific service strategies and tailored solutions for plan administration
  • Organize priorities and deliverables to produce timely, high-quality results
  • Coordinate with internal matrix teams on escalated billing, banking, eligibility, customer service, plan setup, and claim payment matters
  • Investigate root causes and promote resolution during the first contact
  • Participate in client meetings and provide perspective on complex client and customer concerns
  • Connect Cigna subject-matter experts to carry out the client service strategy
  • Track issues from initial identification through final resolution
  • Collaborate with Sales, Underwriting, and Operations on client service plans, growth opportunities, and retail strategies
  • Keep the Sales account management team informed about service risks and potential account concerns
  • Track client health, account measures, and performance guarantees
  • Proactively engage clients about service scorecard and dashboard outcomes
  • Deliver standard service reporting to account teams and clients
  • Evaluate data and trends, then present the findings to clients

Cerințe

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, business communication, marketing, or another suitable professional field is preferred and required, or equivalent work experience
  • At least four years of experience in account management, account services, sales, or another customer-facing field involving substantial interaction and problem-solving
  • Ability to work with and influence key decision-makers and clients through negotiation, ambiguity management, and conflict resolution
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to create, monitor, and pursue measurable performance goals
  • Proficiency with Salesforce Service Center and Diamond is preferred
  • Experience preparing customer or producer communications and delivering presentations
  • Proven ability to negotiate and influence internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated leadership and motivational ability in a fast-paced setting
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support client relationships and service delivery
  • Home-based work requires cable broadband or fiber-optic internet with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speeds
