Bilingual Customer Service Representative – McAllen, TX (Onsite)
Support Kemper policyholders, agents, and lien holders with insurance questions, policy updates, and compliant coverage options. Review risks against underwriting guidelines while delivering bilingual customer service.
Descriere
- Review policy details against company underwriting guidelines and processes
- Act as the main contact for insureds, agents, and lien holders on policy inquiries
- Deliver high-quality customer service
- Present solutions and options within company guidelines
- Attend office-based training or meetings periodically as needed
- Help agencies and customers resolve questions and make insurance policy changes
Cerințe
- High school diploma or GED
- At least six months of prior customer service experience
- Call center or insurance experience preferred
- Fluent Spanish and English communication skills preferred
- Professional and pleasant telephone manner
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- PC experience with 3,000 KSH or 25 WPM and an error rate below 5%
- Successful completion of all required new-hire training under departmental guidelines
- Availability for contact center hours from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. CST, including rotating Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. approximately every three weeks
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. CST, during six to eight weeks of training
- Ability to work from the McAllen, Texas office
