Descriere

  • Investigate complex cases and identify patterns associated with fraud and suspicious activity
  • Assess the impact of fraud trends to recommend mitigation and prevention measures
  • Maintain thorough, confidential documentation of investigations
  • Train and mentor newly hired agents while developing individualized upskilling plans
  • Develop relevant training materials for investigation teams
  • Analyze fraud patterns, build detection models, and update models as fraud vectors evolve
  • Recommend measures to reduce and prevent fraudulent activity
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to report trends and identify system vulnerabilities
  • Initiate process improvements and preventive controls
  • Complete additional management-assigned duties within the employment category and support the effective operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of TDCX's Quality Management System

Cerințe

  • Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or Master's Degree in any discipline
  • Around two years of experience in a related field is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and analytical abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
  • Strong investigative, internet research, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules and shifts when required
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills, plus proficiency in the supporting market's language
