Apraksts

  • Act as the escalation contact for outsourced partners, customer support teams, and service technician partners.
  • Investigate complex claims and resolve them under contract terms and internal policies.
  • Troubleshoot claims processing delays and secure timely resolutions.
  • Arrange service technician dispatches and parts orders when needed.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and clearly explain outcomes.
  • Document interactions with customers and partners in detail.
  • Investigate suspected claim fraud and report findings.
  • Suggest process improvements and opportunities for automation.
  • Answer claim questions by phone and email within established service-level agreements.
  • Work with Product and Engineering to address unresolved claim issues.
  • Keep up to date on product offerings, service workflows, and policy changes.
  • Identify training needs for front-line support teams and share them with relevant colleagues.
  • Update internal systems with technical issues, customer feedback, and insights.

Prasības

  • Bring 3–5 years of experience in technical customer service, claims management or adjudication, insurance adjusting, or contact center work.
  • Experience adjudicating claims is preferred, particularly in a protection plan setting.
  • Communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
  • Have experience with claims management systems, contact center platforms, and Google products.
  • Work effectively across multiple software systems at the same time.
  • Analyze complex issues, identify solutions, and make timely decisions.
  • Maintain accuracy in high-volume claims environments during rapid company growth.
  • Active adjuster licenses are preferred.
  • Extend does not provide immigration-related sponsorship for this role.
