Apraksts

  • Manage global client contracts throughout their lifecycle with Account Teams and Legal.
  • Ensure contracts meet legal requirements and company standards.
  • Draft client contracts that reflect business needs.
  • Work with Account Teams, Business Development, Practices, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders.
  • Spot contractual risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate internal contract reviews.
  • Check draft contracts for formatting and quality.
  • Advise on contract structure, compliance, and execution.
  • Keep team members and leaders informed about contract status.
  • Coordinate client revisions and explain intellectual property and data use provisions when needed.
  • Maintain an organized contract repository.
  • Create and update contract templates.
  • Build knowledge of Avalere Health’s services and products.
  • Improve tools and processes for efficient contract development and execution.
  • Support adoption of Avalere Health’s AI-enabled legal tool and incorporate it into contracting workflows.
  • Find process improvements and help stakeholders adapt to new ways of working.
  • Prepare, assess, and oversee Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Vendor Agreements, and Change Orders.
  • Work with clients to bring contracts to completion.

Prasības

  • At least five years of professional experience creating proposals or developing contracts in consulting or life sciences.
  • Desktop publishing experience is an advantage.
  • Experience in international workplaces, especially the UK and EU, is an advantage.
  • Experience managing a high volume of contracts efficiently.
  • Familiarity with assessing business terms for inclusion in contracts.
  • A record of building positive colleague relationships and working toward practical solutions.
  • Experience improving business processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Salesforce expertise is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of document control, including diligence reviews.
  • Experience with AI-enabled tools in legal, contracting, or related business processes, or a strong interest in building practical AI skills.
  • Adaptability and enthusiasm for change, with the ability to learn new technology and help others navigate updated workflows.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
