Apraksts

  • Coordinate work across teams to deliver Cogstate’s Rater Training Program on schedule.
  • Connect Scale Management, the Clinician Network, Science, Site Training and Monitoring, and sponsor-appointed training contacts.
  • Manage study reports and working relationships with sites, raters, clinical research associates, and sponsors.
  • Oversee quality management for assigned clinical trial programs.
  • Keep records accurate, update trackers promptly, and handle high volumes of email and site communications.
  • Adapt assignments as studies change and priorities shift.
  • Mentor junior study team members and review their work.
  • Assist Rater Services Managers with limited supervision.
  • Serve as the main contact for sites, raters, and CROs from study start-up through close-out.
  • Coordinate project work to deliver client commitments on time.
  • Provide operational support to site staff throughout each study.
  • Manage Phase I–III trials in line with each project’s statement of work.
  • Monitor key milestones and share updates with the study project manager, sponsor, or Rater Training Lead.
  • Lead rater training for small and medium-sized studies when assigned.
  • Arrange communications and schedules for consultant LEADs.

Prasības

  • Bachelor’s degree or at least three years of relevant experience.
  • At least two years of clinical trial-related work experience.
  • Study start-up experience is an advantage.
  • Experience as a CRA or in a CRO is an advantage.
  • Project management or service industry experience is preferred.
  • Able to manage several tasks while staying organized, methodical, and attentive to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with colleagues, customers, and external providers.
  • Learns quickly and can work independently, plan ahead, and take initiative.
  • Confident with computers; clinical software experience is preferred.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-moving, expanding environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to resolve conflicts.
  • Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Maintains precise records and follows procedures.
  • Able to manage competing tasks and priorities.
