Remote Proposal Specialist – Public-Sector RFPs

Create compliant public-sector RFP and RFQ responses for EFI Global’s engineering, environmental, and specialty consulting services. Coordinate subject matter experts, schedules, reviews, and final proposal production.

Apraksts

  • Assess RFP and RFQ opportunities with regional leaders and subject matter experts.
  • Coordinate proposal responses to deliver accurate submissions on time.
  • Draft proposals and incorporate subject matter expert edits and updates.
  • Tailor responses to client needs and ensure they meet requirements.
  • Protect proposal documents and maintain their integrity.
  • Identify and document requirements with subject matter experts.
  • Organize internal reviews and produce final master proposals.
  • Set and manage response schedules and deadlines.
  • Create and maintain proposal best practices.
  • Respond to RFP follow-up requests, update the proposal library, and complete ad hoc assignments.
  • Support organizational quality programs and carry out other assigned duties.

Prasības

  • Bring at least five years of professional experience, preferably in engineering, construction, architecture, or another professional services field.
  • Have at least four years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Have at least one year of project management experience.
  • Have at least one year of proofreading and editing experience.
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
  • Eight to ten years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is preferred for advanced consideration.
  • Five or more years of proposal management experience is preferred.
  • Have experience preparing proposals for public-agency RFQs and RFPs.
  • Demonstrate strong grammar and proofreading skills.
  • Know relevant software.
  • Be proficient with PCs, including Microsoft Office products.
  • Have sound project management, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Be able to work independently and collaboratively, as part of a team, and in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Be able to meet deadlines.
  • Be able to develop and manage teaming relationships that support RFP requirements, including minority and subcontracting participation goals.
  • Be able to meet or exceed Performance Competencies.
