Apraksts

  • Monitor application performance and manage daily operations
  • Handle, analyze, categorize, and follow up on Level 1 and Level 2 support tickets
  • Conduct initial investigations into access, login, and functionality issues
  • Review logs and observability data to help identify incident causes
  • Resolve in-scope requests and refer complex cases to specialists
  • Follow tickets through closure while keeping clients and technical teams informed
  • Assist with application curation to improve the accuracy of results
  • Update solution rules and parameters according to established procedures
  • Record incident details, resolutions, and lessons learned
  • Help improve application support processes and routines
  • Complete initial solution training and progressively take on more independent work

Prasības

  • Completed degree or final-year studies in Information Technology or a related discipline
  • Foundational knowledge of Python
  • Foundational knowledge of SQL and databases
  • At least six months of experience in technical support, application support, systems maintenance, or customer service
  • Ability to conduct initial issue analysis and diagnosis
  • Clear written and verbal communication when working with clients and technical teams
  • Organized approach to handling requests and support tickets
  • Ability to learn new tools, systems, and procedures quickly
  • Openness to guidance, with the ability to apply feedback and build independence over time
  • Preferred: familiarity with AWS or cloud technologies
  • Preferred: understanding of Information Security concepts such as firewalls, secrets management, and encryption at rest and in transit
  • Preferred: experience with or interest in automation and Artificial Intelligence
  • Preferred: experience using observability and log-analysis tools
