Apraksts

  • Support customers through relevant communication channels.
  • Understand customer needs, clarify details, investigate issues, and offer solutions or alternatives.
  • Resolve inquiries at first contact where possible and follow up with service partners and internal teams until cases are closed.
  • Share feedback on tools, resources, procedures, and guidelines to improve workflows and customer experience.
  • Follow service procedures to promote customer satisfaction.
  • Build lasting customer relationships and provide attentive, proactive support.
  • Carry out other duties assigned by management within the employment category.
  • Help implement, maintain, and continually improve TDCX’s Quality Management System.

Prasības

  • A diploma or higher qualification in any field, including an advanced or graduate diploma, bachelor’s, postgraduate, professional, or master’s degree.
  • Two years of relevant experience is preferred; recent graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong time management and motivation to exceed expectations.
  • Ability to multitask and tailor responses and actions to customers’ specific needs using the information they provide.
  • Strong communication skills, including listening, empathy, phone etiquette, appropriate pace and tone, clear voice quality, grammar, and articulation.
  • Comfort using computers and multiple systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
  • Excellent spoken and written English, as well as the language of the supported market.
