  • Support US-based customer support operations as they grow
  • Manage inbound and/or outbound customer interactions
  • Deliver customer service in a fast-paced setting
  • Switch efficiently between multiple systems
  • Work within a structured remote environment
  • Complete applicable hiring steps, including resume review, questionnaires, interviews, and background checks

Prasības

  • Prior experience in a US BPO or call center
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Strong customer service and communication abilities
  • Experience managing inbound and/or outbound customer interactions
  • Ability to multitask effectively across multiple systems
  • Professional, dependable, and attentive to detail
  • Comfort working in a structured remote environment
  • Windows 11 PC; Macs are not supported
  • 16 GB of RAM
  • Two monitors
  • Webcam and headset
  • Intel i5 processor or higher
  • Fiber internet with a wired Ethernet connection
  • Backup power solution
  • Microsoft Teams and Office 365
  • Submit a resume in English
