Norwegian-Speaking Customer Support Adviser

Support Norwegian-speaking online gaming customers through chat, email and phone, handling payments, identity checks, escalations and player activity.

Aprašymas

  • Respond to customer enquiries across inbound and outbound chat, email and phone channels
  • Ask focused questions to gather the information needed to help customers
  • Resolve issues through negotiation and appropriate actions to prevent escalation
  • Identify opportunities to generate revenue
  • Enter customer and case information accurately
  • Manage time in line with resource plans
  • Coordinate with colleagues to obtain missing information
  • Meet team and operational sales and service KPIs and role expectations
  • Handle customer escalations with empathy
  • Work with back-office teams, internal tools and third-party game providers to resolve queries
  • Help customers with credit card, bank transfer, e-wallet, cryptocurrency and Paysafe payment issues
  • Guide customers through KYC checks in partnership with the Risk team
  • Collaborate with VIP, Marketing and Risk and Payments departments
  • Apply bonuses and free spins to customer accounts
  • Engage customers to encourage player activity
  • Support the creation, implementation and ongoing operation of Information Security Management System processes
  • Carry out other role-related duties assigned by the CEO and managers

Reikalavimai

  • Experience in customer support or a similar customer-facing role is preferred
  • Fluent spoken and written Norwegian and English
  • Ability to listen actively, empathize and communicate with customers from varied backgrounds and with different levels of technical knowledge
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Proficiency with customer support software, CRM systems and related tools
  • Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Availability for shifts between 07:00 and 23:00 GMT+1, Monday to Sunday, including morning and afternoon shifts
  • Positive attitude, patience and a strong desire to help customers
