Aprašymas

  • Respond to member questions about Health Savings Accounts, including balances, contributions, transactions, eligible expenses, and payment cards
  • Assist with Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Reimbursement Arrangements, Commuter Benefits, and COBRA
  • Provide support by phone, live chat, and email
  • Follow up with members and return calls to resolve outstanding questions
  • Help members use online account tools and self-service features
  • Record each interaction accurately in company systems
  • Keep members’ personal and financial information confidential
  • Provide friendly, professional service on every call

Reikalavimai

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Availability for three weeks of in-person training at the Erie, Pennsylvania office
  • Customer service, call center, retail, banking, or healthcare experience is helpful but not required
  • Comfort using a computer and switching between multiple programs
  • Clear, professional speaking voice and strong listening skills
  • Patience, empathy, and reliability
  • Quiet, distraction-free home workspace
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Availability to work full-time, Monday through Friday
