- Respond to member questions about Health Savings Accounts, including balances, contributions, transactions, eligible expenses, and payment cards
- Assist with Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Reimbursement Arrangements, Commuter Benefits, and COBRA
- Provide support by phone, live chat, and email
- Follow up with members and return calls to resolve outstanding questions
- Help members use online account tools and self-service features
- Record each interaction accurately in company systems
- Keep members’ personal and financial information confidential
- Provide friendly, professional service on every call

- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a background check
- Availability for three weeks of in-person training at the Erie, Pennsylvania office
- Customer service, call center, retail, banking, or healthcare experience is helpful but not required
- Comfort using a computer and switching between multiple programs
