- Handle day-to-day administrative and service sales support for the team.
- Retrieve, prepare, organize, and maintain invoices and supporting documents from shared folders and internal systems.
- Assist with invoice processing, tracking, verification, and follow-up.
- Use SAP to retrieve invoice details, review records, and support invoice-related tasks.
- Keep electronic filing systems accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate with Finance, Service Sales, and other departments to resolve pending invoices and missing documentation.
- Update Excel trackers, SAP records, and internal reports.
- Check invoices against service reports, purchase orders, and supporting documents.
- Help prepare regular reports and maintain departmental records.
- Follow company procedures and documentation standards, and protect confidential information.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Applicants must be UAE nationals with a Family Book.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Basic to intermediate SAP knowledge is required, preferably involving invoice processing and document management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Experience in invoicing, administration, or sales support is an advantage.
