Travel Assistance and Concierge Coordinator (Colombia, Remote)
Support travelers with bookings, itinerary changes, disruptions, and urgent needs. Provide 24/7 customer care for battleface’s global travel insurance operations.

- Help travelers arrange hotels, flights, rail, ground transportation, and other travel services
- Handle itinerary updates, cancellations, rebookings, and travel disruptions
- Arrange concierge services such as restaurant bookings, tours, transfers, and destination support
- Liaise with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and travel suppliers worldwide
- Respond in real time when travelers face urgent or unexpected situations
- Support customers with existing reservations and after-booking needs
- Provide customer service by phone, email, chat, and internal case management systems
- Keep clear, accurate records and case notes in internal platforms
- Coordinate emergency or insurance-related cases with medical, claims, and assistance teams
- Refer complex operational or customer matters to the appropriate team
- Manage several active cases while maintaining accuracy and service standards
- Support assistance and concierge programs delivered under partner brands worldwide

- Experience in travel, hospitality, concierge, airline, reservations, tourism, or customer support
- Knowledge of travel bookings and international travel logistics
- Background handling itinerary changes, disruptions, and customer escalations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Able to stay calm and organized under pressure
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, 24/7 operations environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
- Professional, empathetic communication style
- Fluent English is required
- Italian is strongly preferred
- Additional languages are an advantage
- Experience with travel booking platforms, reservation systems, or global distribution systems is preferred
- Travel assistance, insurance assistance, or emergency coordination experience is an advantage
