Lead Capital Group’s AI transformation strategy by advising business leaders and identifying high-value opportunities. Develop business cases, scenarios, and roadmaps for investment management and related functions.

- Advise individual business lines on AI strategy and implementation.
- Evaluate AI maturity and identify the opportunities with the greatest potential value.
- Develop AI strategies aligned with business priorities.
- Rank AI opportunities across investing, distribution, and operations.
- Estimate revenue and capacity gains, then build supporting business cases and roadmaps.
- Monitor markets, competitors, industry leaders, asset and wealth managers, technology platforms, and frontier model providers.
- Identify emerging competitive signals and assess their implications.
- Develop Capital Group’s perspective on AI’s strategic impact.
- Model three-to-five-year scenarios for how AI could reshape the business.
- Turn strategic goals into executable plans and define success measures with product, engineering, data, business, and enterprise AI teams.
- Maintain strategic alignment across the portfolio and work with Finance to realize business value.
- Account for governance, regulation, data readiness, and client trust in AI recommendations.
- Prepare concise leadership communications and explain complex AI topics in clear business language.
