  • Lead end-to-end recruitment across Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, the Philippines, and Malaysia
  • Manage intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, assessments, references, offers, and closing for technical, commercial, operational, and leadership positions
  • Structure hiring-manager intakes around role purpose, six- and twelve-month success measures, scorecards, compensation bands, and interview plans
  • Develop talent pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, DFIR and SANS communities, industry events, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Screen applicants, including through AI-assisted CV review, and deliver evidence-based shortlists
  • Support the VP People and Culture and C-Suite with senior and executive searches, top-grading interviews, candidate presentations, and case studies
  • Oversee compensation benchmarking, equity explanations, counter-offer considerations, negotiations, and transitions to contracts, work passes, and onboarding
  • Create and maintain structured interview kits, scorecards, case studies, reference-check templates, and debrief formats
  • Train hiring managers to conduct interviews and apply scoring consistently
  • Maintain BambooHR ATS as the authoritative record for requisitions and candidates
  • Report on open positions, pipeline health, time to fill, hiring sources, funnel conversion, offer acceptance, and cost per hire
  • Coordinate background checks and apply regional, SOC compliance, and data protection standards
  • Identify non-compete, non-solicitation, and notice-period risks and coordinate with Legal
  • Manage recruitment agencies and search firms, including agreements, fees, briefs, and performance
  • Operate the employee referral programme
  • Strengthen Blackpanda’s employer brand through job descriptions, careers content, conferences, communities, and universities
  • Maintain a strong candidate experience through timely communication at every stage
  • Report to the VP People and Culture while partnering with the People & Culture Manager

  • Five to eight years of recruitment experience
  • At least three years of in-house recruitment experience
  • At least two years of hiring across multiple Asia-Pacific countries
  • Demonstrated success recruiting technical professionals, including cybersecurity, digital forensics, engineering, or similarly scarce talent
  • Experience recruiting for commercial and sales positions
  • Strong direct-sourcing capability, including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Experience in a high-growth or scaling organization where recruitment was handled directly
  • Exceptional attention to detail, project and task management ability, and reliable execution
  • Experience creating structured interview processes and scorecards
  • Confidence challenging hiring managers when decisions lack supporting evidence
  • Proficiency with ATS and HRIS platforms, spreadsheets, and reporting
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Absolute discretion when handling confidential information
  • Willingness to travel regionally several times per year and adjust working hours across time zones
  • Preferred: direct recruitment experience in Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, the Philippines, or Malaysia
  • Preferred: executive or leadership search experience, including top-grading or comparable structured assessment methods
  • Preferred: combined agency and in-house recruitment experience
  • Preferred: an established Asia-Pacific cybersecurity or DFIR network
  • Preferred: experience recruiting for a newly entered country
  • Preferred: working proficiency in a regional language in addition to English
  • Preferred: relevant professional certification or a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline
  • Candidates who progress beyond the Interview stage may need to complete a Case Study
