Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer (Node.js, AI-Native)
Build backend systems, infrastructure, and AI-native features for Boosters’ personal digital security product. Drive product development from architecture and design through release and results analysis.

- Contribute to features from initial concept and design through development, release, and results analysis.
- Research markets and competitors, identify promising solutions, and propose product features.
- Build and improve backend systems and product features, with frontend work as needed.
- Discuss architecture decisions and system design approaches with the Tech Lead.
- Design and develop the product’s infrastructure.
- Develop an AI-native engineering environment for agentic coding and the secure development and deployment of solutions.
- Improve the stability, reliability, and scalability of technical solutions.
Талаптар
- At least 4 years of backend development experience or full-stack experience focused on backend work.
- Experience working at a product company.
- Strong experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
- Frontend development experience with React or Next.js and TypeScript.
- In-depth knowledge of PostgreSQL, Redis, and REST API design.
- Understanding of software architecture and system design.
- Practical experience with AWS, Docker, and CI/CD.
- Experience writing automated unit, integration, or end-to-end tests.
- Active use of AI tools and agentic coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or equivalents.
- Experience establishing technical architecture and engineering processes during a product’s early stages is a strong advantage.
