  • Respond to customer inquiries through chat and connect courier partners, merchants, and Wolt app users
  • Deliver prompt, effective assistance while resolving escalations and technical problems
  • Review user feedback and provide appropriate responses
  • Coordinate operations across the cities where Wolt operates
  • Protect a high-quality customer experience and track daily performance
  • Support quality assurance activities and platform management
  • Complete e-learning and a structured onboarding program with trainer guidance
  • Collaborate with a Team Lead who offers ongoing support and mentorship
