Remote Healthcare Contact Center Agent at Gainwell Technologies
Answer and resolve healthcare service inquiries, maintain account records, and help meet client service targets. This full-time remote role is based in the United States.

- Respond to routine client questions and route complex cases for further assistance.
- Resolve client issues, update account histories, and check back to confirm outcomes.
- Meet client service agreements and production goals.
- Work with colleagues, managers, and clients to address inquiries.
- Train new team members in customer service processes.
- Assess procedures and workflows, and recommend improvements.
Талаптар
- At least two years of customer service experience in any industry.
- Familiarity with basic help desk and computer software, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Strong customer service skills, including written and verbal communication.
- Ability to understand your role on a team and identify the appropriate stakeholders.
- Availability for a designated 8.5-hour shift, Monday through Friday, scheduled between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. Eastern.
- Ability to remain seated for extended periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
- Ability to use standard office equipment, including a computer, keyboard, mouse, and telephone.
