Map end-to-end Operations Division workflows in detail.
Document current processes and design new ones to address operational gaps.
Assess business processes for risks and inefficiencies.
Recommend ways to reduce risks and resolve issues.
Analyse and improve processes to streamline operations and raise customer satisfaction.
Develop and deliver training for new processes.
Track process performance using qualitative and quantitative measures.
Refine processes in response to feedback and changing business needs.
Work with IT, Compliance and customer service teams.
Use customer feedback and data analysis to guide process changes.

Талаптар

At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
Highly analytical, with strong critical thinking skills
Strong process mapping and business process reengineering skills
Ability to analyse business processes and workflows in depth
Able to travel to the Manchester office occasionally
Available to work 37.5 hours per week across five days, with shifts scheduled Monday to Sunday
