  • Map end-to-end Operations Division workflows in detail.
  • Document current processes and design new ones to address operational gaps.
  • Assess business processes for risks and inefficiencies.
  • Recommend ways to reduce risks and resolve issues.
  • Analyse and improve processes to streamline operations and raise customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and deliver training for new processes.
  • Track process performance using qualitative and quantitative measures.
  • Refine processes in response to feedback and changing business needs.
  • Work with IT, Compliance and customer service teams.
  • Use customer feedback and data analysis to guide process changes.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Highly analytical, with strong critical thinking skills
  • Strong process mapping and business process reengineering skills
  • Ability to analyse business processes and workflows in depth
  • Able to travel to the Manchester office occasionally
  • Available to work 37.5 hours per week across five days, with shifts scheduled Monday to Sunday
