Description
- Map end-to-end Operations Division workflows in detail.
- Document current processes and design new ones to address operational gaps.
- Assess business processes for risks and inefficiencies.
- Recommend ways to reduce risks and resolve issues.
- Analyse and improve processes to streamline operations and raise customer satisfaction.
- Develop and deliver training for new processes.
- Track process performance using qualitative and quantitative measures.
- Refine processes in response to feedback and changing business needs.
- Work with IT, Compliance and customer service teams.
- Use customer feedback and data analysis to guide process changes.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Highly analytical, with strong critical thinking skills
- Strong process mapping and business process reengineering skills
- Ability to analyse business processes and workflows in depth
- Able to travel to the Manchester office occasionally
- Available to work 37.5 hours per week across five days, with shifts scheduled Monday to Sunday
