French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist

Support French-speaking customers of a global payments provider with card and payment queries across phone, chat, and email. Work remotely from Greece, with initial in-person training in Athens.

  • Assist French-speaking customers with lost or stolen cards, card benefits, declined purchases, and balance inquiries
  • Respond to customers by phone, chat, and email
  • Record each customer interaction accurately in the CRM
  • Manage approximately 10–20 cases per day
  • Move from frontline support into back-office duties
  • Later handle email and social media support

Талаптар

  • Must be based in Greece
  • Native-level or C1 French proficiency
  • B1 English proficiency
  • At least two years of call center experience
  • Financial services experience is an advantage
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Good computer skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Available for rotating shifts on a 24/7 account, including around two weekends each month and occasional night shifts
  • An up-to-date CV in English
