  • Increase platform adoption and customer value
  • Track customer health and identify retention risks early
  • Lead quarterly business reviews focused on outcomes and priorities
  • Coordinate customer communications and Support follow-up on critical issues
  • Recognize customer advocates and refer expansion opportunities to the Customer Success Manager
  • Represent customer needs internally and track agreed actions through completion
  • Own post-go-live success and the long-term health of an assigned EXUS customer portfolio
  • Translate product usage and customer outcomes into actionable success plans
  • Help customers realize value while surfacing emerging risks promptly
  • Collaborate with Delivery, Support, Product, Engineering, and Business Analysis teams
  • Provide customer insights, health evidence, and expansion opportunities for proposals, negotiations, and renewals

Талаптар

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, IT, or a related discipline
  • At least three years of relevant experience in Enterprise SaaS Customer Success, Program Management, or Sales, including required banking experience
  • Fintech industry experience is a strong advantage
  • Experience managing continuing customer relationships across post-deployment engagement, adoption, business reviews, and customer needs
  • Demonstrated success working with diverse business and technical stakeholders on complex enterprise deployments lasting six months or longer, including operational transition and handover
  • Ability to analyze usage data, dashboards, and customer outcome metrics, recognize data limitations, and convert findings into actions for adoption, outcomes, or risk mitigation
  • Proven collaboration with Delivery, Support, and Product teams to assign ownership, close actions, and sustain constructive customer relationships
  • Working proficiency with CRM or Customer Success systems, BI dashboards, and project management or support portals
  • Strong written and spoken English, with the ability to engage senior customer stakeholders, facilitate business reviews, and coordinate complex or sensitive escalations
  • Willingness to travel approximately 30% annually for key go-lives, customer meetings, and business reviews as needed
  • Preferred: Background in collections, lending, banking operations, or financial software
  • Preferred: Lean or Six Sigma training or certification, or demonstrated experience leading measurable process improvement initiatives or workshops
  • Preferred: Experience with AI- or machine learning-enabled financial software
  • Preferred: Thai, Spanish, or French proficiency in addition to English
