Customer Service Operations Manager and Miskolc Site Lead

  • Direct the daily performance and reliable operation of Customer Service
  • Maintain suitable staffing, workload distribution, and operational coverage
  • Track service, quality, productivity, and efficiency KPIs, taking corrective action when needed
  • Remain engaged with daily operations, customer issues, and escalations, intervening when required
  • Find operational constraints and improve processes and working methods continuously
  • Analyze performance data, determine root causes, and inform operational decisions
  • Keep Customer Service processes focused on customer experience and operational efficiency
  • Convert business priorities into specific actions for the Customer Service organization
  • Lead, support, and develop Customer Service managers and the broader organization
  • Define clear goals, expectations, and areas of accountability
  • Foster a culture of performance, ownership, and constructive feedback
  • Coach and develop leaders and individual team members
  • Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and capability-building activities
  • Represent Customer Service in relevant business initiatives and discussions
  • Partner with Commercial, Product, Technology, Finance, HR, and other functions
  • Spot opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve efficiency
  • Implement approved operational and organizational changes
  • Bring customer and frontline perspectives into business decisions
  • Serve as the senior local representative and primary contact for the Miskolc office
  • Promote effective collaboration and communication among teams based at the site
  • Help maintain a positive, professional, and engaging local workplace
  • Coordinate site-related matters with HR, IT, Finance, and other functions
  • Present Miskolc’s needs, risks, and opportunities to Group management
  • Support local communications, employee engagement, and company initiatives

Талаптар

  • Demonstrated operational leadership experience in Customer Service, Customer Operations, Contact Centers, or a comparable setting
  • Proven experience managing people, ideally including Team Leaders or other managers
  • Hands-on leadership approach with a willingness to stay close to operations, people, and daily challenges
  • Strong knowledge of operational KPIs, capacity planning, and performance management
  • Structured, pragmatic, and data-led problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management abilities
  • Proven ability to lead change and improve processes and working practices
  • Travel or technology industry experience is a significant advantage
  • Experience in an international or multi-country organization is advantageous
  • Willingness and ability to work from the Miskolc office at least three days per week
  • Fluent Hungarian and strong professional English
