Commission Support Specialist – Utah Remote
Resolve complex commission disputes for Telarus by analyzing payments, coordinating stakeholders, and supporting Technology Advisors. This full-time remote role serves as a key contact for commission inquiries and resolution efforts.

- Act as the primary contact for Technology Advisors seeking assistance with commission inquiries
- Provide clear, timely, and proactive updates throughout each case
- Manage bulk submissions and lead scheduled calls covering complex issues, training needs, and system or tool alignment
- Foster a supportive experience while guiding issues toward practical resolution
- Reconcile and verify commission payments against supplier statements, invoices, contractual structures, and related data
- Use Excel, Outlook, Salesforce, AI-enabled tools, and other systems to gather and evaluate information
- Investigate discrepancies, document conclusions, explain outcomes, and update Telarus systems to reduce repeat issues
- Maintain accurate Salesforce case records and complete work within required service levels and accuracy standards
- Receive and manage incoming commission-related cases
- Take ownership of complex, urgent, aging, or high-impact disputes through final resolution
- De-escalate concerns raised by Technology Advisors
- Coordinate with suppliers, Finance, Development, Commission Operations, leadership, and other stakeholders
- Collect billing records, statements, and invoices when required
- Lead calls with Technology Advisors, assign ownership and next steps, manage expectations, and preserve case visibility
- Spot recurring problems and propose improvements to processes, systems, or communications
- Complete additional responsibilities assigned by management

- At least three years of experience in commission reconciliation or a related finance function
- Background supporting sales professionals or customers and resolving complex concerns
- Proven customer-service record and sound professional judgment
- Strong analytical, investigative, reconciliation, and problem-solving capabilities
- Highly organized, accurate, detail-oriented, and effective at managing time
- Able to work independently in a growing, fast-paced, and occasionally stressful setting while meeting defined service levels
- Intermediate or stronger Microsoft Excel capability
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or comparable productivity software
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, listening, and de-escalation skills
- Demonstrated ethical and honest conduct
- Consistent communication with managers
- Regular and predictable attendance
- Preferred: Experience handling high-pressure customer situations
- Preferred: Knowledge of technology services, telecommunications, channel, supplier, or brokerage industries
- Preferred: Experience with Salesforce or a comparable customer relationship management system
- Comfortable sitting for extended periods and working at a computer
