Client Success Manager, Digital Marketing - Latin America Remote
Manage client relationships, delivery coordination, performance reporting, and retention for a U.S.-based digital marketing agency. This full-time remote role is open across Latin America and follows U.S. working hours.

- Act as the primary contact for assigned client accounts
- Develop trusted relationships with client stakeholders
- Lead onboarding and project kickoffs by confirming scope, timelines, deliverables, and success criteria
- Coordinate with the Project Manager to keep work on schedule, within scope, and aligned with expectations
- Assess deliverables against client requirements and raise quality issues
- Manage client communications covering project status, milestones, and updates
- Track and report weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics such as leads, cost per lead, sales, ROI, and campaign results
- Turn performance data into clear client presentations and recommend next steps
- Spot underperforming areas and provide targeted recommendations
- Manage client escalations with relevant context and a proposed resolution
- Find upsell and cross-sell opportunities and develop the internal case for Sales
- Maintain internal processes, workflows, and client playbooks
- Use AI tools to make client communication, reporting, and account management more efficient

- Prior experience in a client-facing position at a marketing or digital agency
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts and terminology, including paid media, content, creative, and performance measurement
- A solid working foundation in digital marketing
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships from onboarding through retention
- Skill in interpreting campaign data and turning findings into clear client narratives
- Experience coordinating internal delivery teams and using project management tools; Teamwork experience is a plus
- Professional or native-level English proficiency, at C1 or above, in writing and conversation
- A retention-focused approach combined with commercial awareness of expansion opportunities
- Highly organized, proactive, and dependable in managing priorities
- Confidence holding both internal teams and clients accountable
