Oversee all aspects of designated sponsored financial plans
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
Contribute to plan profitability
Coordinate smooth daily operations and the timely completion of scheduled processing activities
Use operational best practices to keep plans efficient and aligned with client requirements
Improve service delivery through risk management, greater efficiency, and consistent quality
Coordinate with internal and external partners supporting plan operations, including Central Services, the Customer Contact Center, Compliance, Financial Control, Pricing and Trading, and Trust
Join sponsor calls and client meetings
Assist with sales opportunities, including onsite presentations
Travel as required for client meetings

High school diploma or GED is required
At least five years of experience in the financial services industry
Strong customer service experience and capabilities
Experience managing highly sensitive and at-risk client relationships
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or an equivalent qualification is preferred
