Description

  • Oversee all aspects of designated sponsored financial plans
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Contribute to plan profitability
  • Coordinate smooth daily operations and the timely completion of scheduled processing activities
  • Use operational best practices to keep plans efficient and aligned with client requirements
  • Improve service delivery through risk management, greater efficiency, and consistent quality
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners supporting plan operations, including Central Services, the Customer Contact Center, Compliance, Financial Control, Pricing and Trading, and Trust
  • Join sponsor calls and client meetings
  • Assist with sales opportunities, including onsite presentations
  • Travel as required for client meetings

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED is required
  • At least five years of experience in the financial services industry
  • Strong customer service experience and capabilities
  • Experience managing highly sensitive and at-risk client relationships
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or an equivalent qualification is preferred
