Assistant Customer Service Specialist | TDCX | Singapore Onsite
TDCX is hiring an Assistant Customer Service Specialist for its Singapore onsite team. The role handles customer inquiries, resolves cases across communication channels, and supports service quality and customer satisfaction.

- Deliver high-quality customer support through all relevant communication channels
- Assess customer needs, clarify details, investigate issues, and provide suitable solutions or alternatives
- Pursue first-contact resolution and coordinate follow-up with service partners and internal teams until cases are closed
- Share feedback on tools, resources, procedures, and guidelines to improve workflows and the customer experience
- Follow established procedures while delivering consistently high customer satisfaction
- Develop lasting customer relationships by responding attentively and taking extra steps to help
- Complete additional duties assigned by management within the employment category and contribute to the effective implementation, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of TDCX’s Quality Management System

- Hold a Diploma or higher qualification, including an Advanced or Higher Diploma, Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s, Postgraduate Diploma, Professional, or Master’s Degree in any field
- Around two years of relevant experience is preferred, while fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
- Demonstrate strong time-management skills and the drive to exceed expectations
- Manage multiple tasks and use customer-provided information to tailor responses and actions to individual needs
- Communicate effectively through active listening, empathy, professional phone etiquette, appropriate pace and tone, clear voice quality, correct grammar, and strong articulation
- Work comfortably with computers and multiple systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools
- Communicate fluently in spoken and written English and in the language of the supported market
