After-Hours Talent Consultant – Hybrid in Angeles City
Serve as an after-hours talent consultant for Boomering, an ISO-certified BPO company. Source and screen candidates, support recruitment teams, improve conversion, and help meet client staffing needs.

- Serve as the after-hours contact for the Company division
- Handle all calls and emails received outside standard hours
- Maintain consistent conversion performance across open roles
- Achieve individual OKRs and improve candidate conversion
- Keep CV submission times efficient
- Deliver positive customer service outcomes
- Partner with recruitment teams to support revenue growth
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
- Create sourcing strategies that reflect client requirements
- Build and manage an active candidate pipeline
- Conduct initial interviews and screening for skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Manage candidate relationships and the overall candidate experience
- Prepare and present shortlisted candidates to recruitment consultants
- Coordinate with recruitment consultants and account managers to clarify client needs and provide suitable candidates
- Attend team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
- Maintain a safe workplace and follow Collar policies and procedures
- Report injuries, incidents, accidents, hazards, and near misses to management or the WH&S team
- Verify that placements follow WH&S processes
- Coordinate with the Return-to-Work Manager on early return-to-work plans
- Support compliance checklists, reporting, audits, and WH&S training

- A college degree in any four-year course
- Recruitment agency experience focused on resourcing or sourcing is highly desirable
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to build and sustain relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
