Talent Acquisition Recruiter - Shanghai Hybrid

Manage full-cycle recruitment for DePuy Synthes, Johnson & Johnson’s orthopedics business. Partner with hiring managers to build healthcare teams in Shanghai or Shenzhen.

Description

  • Manage full-cycle hiring, from intake meetings and candidate sourcing through screening, interviews, and offer support
  • Work with hiring managers to clarify role needs and shape targeted recruiting strategies
  • Find candidates through job boards, referrals, databases, and direct sourcing
  • Evaluate applicants against defined role requirements
  • Coordinate interviews and help stakeholders reach timely hiring decisions
  • Keep candidate information and recruitment metrics accurate in applicant tracking systems
  • Provide an inclusive, positive candidate experience consistent with DePuy Synthes values
  • Help improve recruiting processes, tools, and reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related discipline is required
  • Typically 2–4 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources
  • Demonstrated ability to manage full-cycle hiring across multiple roles at once
  • Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation capabilities
  • Proven ability to build productive relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
  • Excellent organization and careful attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Professional proficiency in Chinese and English
  • Willingness to travel domestically up to 10% of the time
  • Postgraduate qualification in human resources or talent management is preferred
  • Background in shared services, corporate, or international environments is preferred
  • Exposure to recruiting for technical, corporate, or operations positions is preferred
  • Experience applying recruiting data and metrics to improve outcomes is preferred
  • Familiarity with employer branding or recruitment marketing is preferred
  • Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or another regulated sector is preferred
  • Talent acquisition or human resources certification is preferred
