Senior Product Manager, B2C Events – HighLevel (India Remote)

Lead HighLevel’s B2C Events product for agencies, entrepreneurs, and small and midsize businesses. Own ticketing, attendee experiences, monetization, and growth from beta through scale.

Description

  • Own the B2C and Events product roadmap and strategic direction
  • Define capabilities spanning ticket tiers, promo codes, capacity, waitlists, recurring and series events, refunds, embeddable widgets, calendar synchronization, and wallet passes
  • Guide Events from beta to general availability by establishing standards for quality, reliability, feature completeness, adoption, and revenue
  • Lead ticketing, checkout, and payments for paid, free, and RSVP events, including multi-tier and multi-currency tickets, discounts, taxes, refunds, and payouts
  • Develop organizer CRM ownership and attendee data capabilities
  • Manage event-day operations, including check-in, QR scanning, offline resilience, guest lists, complimentary tickets, on-site sales, and capacity enforcement
  • Own the attendee experience across the Client Portal’s web and mobile products
  • Expand event distribution and discovery through SEO-ready pages, social and calendar syndication, embeddable listings, marketplace features, and promotional tools
  • Extend the platform through APIs, webhooks, and integrations
  • Work with design and engineering to deliver intuitive, accessible, mobile-friendly, and high-performance interfaces
  • Research beta organizers and translate qualitative feedback into a prioritized product backlog
  • Plan, analyze, and refine funnel experiments using evidence-based insights
  • Help maintain registration integrity, accurate capacity and waitlists, reliable payments, fraud controls, and resilience during traffic spikes
  • Coordinate across teams to launch features, increase adoption, and incorporate organizer feedback
  • Set success metrics and OKRs covering activation, published events, repeat-event rate, conversion, attendance, ticket volume, and revenue
  • Deliver measurable growth in published events, activated organizers, registrations, and ticket revenue

Requirements

  • At least seven years of product management experience
  • Substantial experience with events, ticketing, marketplaces, commerce, or B2B2C SaaS products
  • A demonstrated record of taking products from early development through scaled adoption
  • Practical experience with checkout, pricing and packaging, payments, refunds, payouts, and fee structures
  • Working knowledge of event and ticketing platforms such as Eventbrite, Luma, Meetup, and Cvent
  • Strong grounding in UI and UX principles
  • Familiarity with SaaS and B2C growth levers, including activation, engagement loops, retention, lifecycle optimization, and audience monetization
  • Experience building and launching high-impact features for B2C platforms or content products
  • Experience delivering intuitive, accessible, high-quality learning experiences
  • Confidence running A/B tests and structured product experiments
  • Experience using behavioral data, funnel metrics, and cohort analysis
  • Ability to work effectively amid ambiguity, incomplete information, and changing priorities
  • Ability to partner with design, engineering, data, support, marketing, and customer-facing teams
  • Bonus: experience with an events, ticketing, or community platform, with measurable impact on organizer growth, conversion, and revenue
