Senior CRM Business Systems Analyst at Fortive

Description

  • Convert commercial needs into CRM requirements, solution designs, and delivery plans.
  • Work with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Support, and IT to gather and confirm requirements.
  • Investigate and resolve complex system and process problems using PDCA, 5 Whys, and root cause analysis.
  • Review performance data to uncover durable process improvement opportunities.
  • Use Fortive Business System methods, including PDCA, Daily Management, Root Cause Problem Solving, Standard Work, and Kaizen.
  • Lead or facilitate Kaizen events while defining standard work and performance measures.
  • Configure, enhance, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and related commercial platforms.
  • Support sales, marketing, territory, pricing, partner management, key account, and demo product workflows.
  • Manage territories, price lists, product introductions, data security, deduplication, and data quality programs.
  • Maintain integrations with Oracle ERP, Salsify PIM, Azure B2C, Shopify, and Allbound.
  • Support Unified Customer Care, case management, the Unified Customer/Partner Portal, product registration, and Fluke Premium Care Plan workflows.
  • Triage production incidents and service requests while tracking system performance and health.
  • Direct projects from discovery and design through build, testing, deployment, training, adoption, and ongoing operations.
  • Prepare business cases, project plans, schedules, cost and resource estimates, risk plans, and success measures.
  • Use Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methods according to project needs.
  • Drive change management, stakeholder communications, training, deployment support, and adoption measurement.
  • Maintain documentation for processes, procedures, data flows, process flows, configurations, and standards.
  • Share knowledge, cross-train colleagues, mentor junior Business Systems Analysts, and strengthen team practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business information systems, management information systems, business administration, computer science, information technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least six years of experience in commercial operations, business systems analysis, or program and project management.
  • Practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce.com, or a similar CRM platform.
  • Working knowledge of core CRM capabilities, including accounts, contacts, activities, leads, opportunities, quotes, and deal registrations.
  • Experience supporting sales operations, including territory management, price list administration, and new product introductions.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, sales force automation practices, and end-to-end commercial processes.
  • Experience designing and managing deployments spanning multiple systems in a large organization.
  • Ability to create high-level and detailed data-flow, process-flow, and diagram documentation.
  • Ability to turn business requirements into detailed, modular, extensible functional designs.
  • Strong written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting with competing priorities.
  • Familiarity with case management and customer or partner portal platforms is preferred.
  • Exposure to ERP, PIM, identity and access management, e-commerce, or partner portal platforms is preferred.
  • Knowledge of business intelligence tools such as Power BI is preferred.
  • Experience with marketing automation or demand generation platforms is preferred.
  • A project management credential such as PMP or CAPM is preferred.
  • Experience with Fortive Business System or comparable continuous-improvement methods is preferred.
  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial technology, or a global commercial environment is preferred.
