- Deliver personalized, empathetic support to customers by phone
- Present financial products and services to retain customers and identify suitable solutions

Requirements
- High school diploma
- Previous sales experience is advantageous
- Availability for a Monday-to-Saturday schedule with six working days and one day off
- Availability to work 6 hours and 20 minutes per day
- Internet connection with a minimum speed of 100 Mbps
- Wired network connection for desktop use
- Clear, objective communication skills
- Knowledge of customer service techniques
