Description

  • Delivers administrative support, guidance, and solutions in line with applicable experience, education, policies, and procedures.
  • Handles clerical responsibilities, including customer service, data entry, and organized record maintenance.
  • Supports administrative services and improves the coordination, preparation, and flow of departmental processes.
  • Plans and organizes work while giving priority to customer needs.
  • Creates, implements, and maintains records related to the role.
  • Uses multiple software applications to collect and manage data.
  • Applies Trinity Health policies, practices, and processes with an emphasis on quality, confidentiality, and safety.
  • Contributes to performance improvement initiatives.
  • Provides data entry, reporting, and transaction support for systemwide leave-of-absence processes.
  • Completes data entry, time tracking, reporting, and payment processing accurately and promptly.
  • Responds to ad hoc requests as needed.
  • Coordinates with stakeholders, HR operations, and vendors to support colleagues and managers.
  • Takes part in performance improvement activities.
  • Communicates goals, standards, program expectations, service performance, and the connection between daily work and Trinity Health objectives.
  • Identifies, resolves, or escalates organizational, operational, and team conflicts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s-level education in a field requiring analytical work, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, with comprehensive HR knowledge.
  • Some experience and knowledge in leave-of-absence administration, payroll, or a related detail-oriented field requiring critical assessment.
  • Experience using multiple software and computer systems, including UKG, Kronos, Workday, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new systems.
  • Ability to present data-driven reports is preferred.
  • Ability to complete tasks, understand complex concepts, retain multiple tasks and procedures over time, and manage concurrent projects.
  • Ability to read small print, hear sounds and speech patterns, and give and receive verbal instructions and communications.
  • Ability to perform manual dexterity, grasping, and handling activities.
  • Ability to climb, kneel, crouch, or operate foot controls.
  • Ability to use computers and other technology.
  • Ability to maintain a safe work environment and use available personal protective equipment.
  • Ability to follow Trinity Health’s Code of Conduct, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Ability to provide assistance during an emergency.
