- Resolve users’ technical and feature-related questions through chat
- Recommend the Metricool plan that best fits each user’s needs
- Gather user feedback and communicate product suggestions to the team
- Coordinate incident reports and requests across departments
- Create and maintain help guides and support documentation
- Build strong team relationships to stay aligned with user needs
- Work across departments to resolve complex cases and improve support resources
- Learn the team, product, and support processes during the first month
- Work independently and contribute ideas to improve community support during the first quarter
- Manage workflows and develop strategies that support long-term company goals
Requirements
- Based in El Salvador
- Experience in customer support or another client-facing role
- Training or a degree in digital marketing or a related field
- Advanced or fluent English and Spanish communication skills
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing is preferred
- Basic programming or technical knowledge is preferred
- User-focused approach with active listening, empathy, and patience
- Ability to explain complex tools clearly and simply
- Organized, self-directed, and able to take ownership of issue resolution
- Collaborative approach to cross-team work and colleague support
- Experience with SaaS or digital marketing is highly valued
