Description
- Grow and manage the professional customer portfolio through recruitment and retention initiatives
- Coordinate in-store operations to enhance the purchasing experience and improve performance for professional customers
- Develop trusted relationships with professional customers, address their needs, and promote the loyalty program
- Recommend relevant services, manage sales and quotations, and deliver after-sales support
- Spot commercial opportunities and organize targeted initiatives
- Track sales performance indicators and put corrective action plans in place
- Lead the in-store PRO program, train teams, and promote it across the customer journey
- Manage the in-store PRO team
- Monitor the professional market and recommend suitable commercial initiatives
