Part-Time Banking Consultant – Indooroopilly Onsite

Description
- Deliver attentive service focused on customer satisfaction and resolving enquiries on the first call
- Give accurate, timely guidance on Everyday Banking questions, account openings, and processes through phone and online channels
- Help customers use digital platforms for their personal banking needs
- Assist with digital onboarding activities
- Build trust by listening carefully and asking relevant questions to improve customer outcomes
- Help foster a team culture that balances people, customers, risk, and performance
- Follow internal policies and external obligations, including legislative, Privacy, FSRA, and Underwriting Guidelines requirements
- Assist customers through in-person service as well as inbound and outbound calls
Requirements
- Experience providing a high-quality customer experience
- Confidence using digital customer service platforms to support customers in real time
- Ability to guide customers through and troubleshoot common digital banking and mobile applications
- Understanding of digital identity verification and validation systems used during onboarding
- Working knowledge of digital payment methods, including mobile wallets and online payments
- Ability to resolve digital banking questions and help customers manage their accounts online
- Ability to follow internal procedures and external obligations, including Privacy, FSRA, legislative requirements, and Underwriting Guidelines
